Summer Bay is the place in each of us when the winter is over. It's time to have fun at the beach, on water and to grow flowers and things to eat. The cold of the winter is over so have fun.

Summertime is here the cold winter has once more passed. It is the time of warm and hot days it is playtime. It’s time for the beach and the water. It is the time to clean up the mess from old man winter to fix up the house and paint. The schools are out and the kids are finding things to do.

Summer Bay is that place where you and I go to find peace and pleasant times in the warm summer day. For some, it is a trip to the beach with the kids. For others, it is time to fix up the house. For me, it is the joy I take in making the music. Sometimes it is a walk in the sunset with that special other person in your life. Or maybe it is going out to dinner or whatever. But most of all enjoy the warm days of summer. You see SUMMER BAY is not a place but rather a state of mind and peace during the warm days of summer. It is my hope that you enjoy the cd and the tracks as much as I enjoyed putting it together.

Christmas is that magic time when the world falls in love once more. It's Christmas Time with the joy of the season people warm up for a short time from the cold world. It is once more time to Praise God. Praise GOD for the sound of the voice. Praise him with the sound of the drum. Praise him with the sound of the guitar. Praise him with the sound of the saxophone. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet. Praise God for all things that make music. Praise Him it is Birthday.

My name is Michael Clark, and I have played the saxophone on and off during most of my life. I have played all over the US, as well as Europe. I have also performed in many bands as a Tenor lead saxophonist and a solo act with tracks that were put together in my home studio. The saxophone is a tenor Selmer MARK MVI, and the mouthpiece is a ducof x number 8. The CD A MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM MIKE HAS 13 CHRISTMAS SONGS ON IT. ALL OF THE TUNES WERE PRODUCED IN MY HOME STUDIO. THE SOFTWARE USED DURING THIS PROJECT WAS CUBASE SX VER 3.1.1, REAL GUITARE GROVE AGENT 2.O HYPERSONIC 2.0 VER GUITARE AND OTHER VST PLUGINS.

A MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM MIKE IS EASY TO LISTEN TO. IT IS THE SOUND OF CHRISTMAS WITH SMOOTH SAX, WITH A TOUCH OF ROCK AND BLUES. AS YOU PLAY THIS CD, REMEMBER THE REASON FOR THIS HAPPY TIME OF THE YEAR IS JESUS. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

The style of music that I enjoy playing is a 50s-style, with traces of blues and rock. I am 60 and have always wanted to produce a cd. At this time of my life, I thought I would give it a try.
